Billing disclosure: Both plans include a 7-day free trial. You will be charged the plan price 7 days after signup unless you cancel from your account settings before the trial ends.

Do I need a credit card to start the free trial?
Yes. You provide a card at signup but you are not charged until day 8. You can cancel anytime during the trial from your account settings and you won't be charged.
What happens if I cancel?
Your subscription remains active through the end of your current billing period (or trial), then access ends. There are no cancellation fees.
Is patient data stored?
No. Care plan content you enter is processed through the Anthropic API and is not retained by CarePlan Pro. We collect only your email and billing information — never patient health information.
Which states does this work in?
CarePlan Pro is built specifically against the Mississippi PDPM Supportive Documentation Requirements (effective October 1, 2025). It can be used elsewhere but the templates are aligned to Mississippi standards.
Can I add more seats to the Facility plan?
Yes. Each additional nurse seat is $25/month, added from your account settings. The Facility plan includes 3 seats by default.
Do you offer founding-partner pricing or discounts?
No. We have flat published pricing. There are no negotiated rates.
