Do I need a credit card to start the free trial?

Yes. You provide a card at signup but you are not charged until day 8. You can cancel anytime during the trial from your account settings and you won't be charged.

What happens if I cancel?

Your subscription remains active through the end of your current billing period (or trial), then access ends. There are no cancellation fees.

Is patient data stored?

No. Care plan content you enter is processed through the Anthropic API and is not retained by CarePlan Pro. We collect only your email and billing information — never patient health information.

Which states does this work in?

CarePlan Pro was originally built to Mississippi's stringent PDPM SDR audit standard, which exceeds federal CMS baseline. The clinical content meets CMS PDPM requirements for facilities in any state. State-specific audit nuances may vary — verify against your state's RAI guidance before submission.

How many users can be on a Facility account?

Each Facility plan includes 5 nurse seats plus 1 admin seat. The admin handles billing and account settings; the nurse seats are for the people actually generating care plans. Need additional seats beyond 5 nurses? Contact us at zach@careplanpro.care and we'll add them. Flat per-facility pricing — same cost whether you have 1 or 5 active nurses.

What's the difference between the three Facility billing options?

Three ways to pay for the Facility plan, same product in all three cases:

• Monthly — $695/month. No commitment. Cancel anytime from account settings. Self-serve via Stripe with a 7-day free trial.
• 6-month contract — $645/month. Save $50/month vs monthly ($300 total over the term). Billed monthly at the contract rate. Commit to the full 6 months.
• 12-month contract — $595/month. Save $100/month vs monthly ($1,200 total over the year). Billed monthly at the contract rate. Commit to the full 12 months.

6-month and 12-month contracts are set up via email — contact us and we'll send a short contract for signature. Multi-facility groups (e.g., 5+ facilities under one parent) can use the same contract structure across all sites.

What payment methods do you accept?

Individual Nurse plans pay by credit or debit card. Facility plans can pay by credit card OR ACH bank transfer (routing + account number). ACH verification through Stripe takes seconds with instant verification or 1-2 business days with microdeposits — well within the 7-day trial. Both methods receive automatic billing receipts.

What if my resident needs a care plan type that isn't generated?

CarePlan Pro covers the most common SNF care plan types — ADL, falls, skin, pain, constipation, dysphagia, nutritional status, respiratory, tracheostomy, restorative nursing, hospice, EBP, ROM, behavioral management, urinary incontinence, dehydration, contracture management, and others driven by Section I diagnoses. We're actively expanding the catalog based on customer requests. If you generate a care plan for a resident and the tool doesn't produce a category you need, email zach@careplanpro.care with the care plan type you need (and any clinical details if you have a preferred problem statement, goal, or approaches). New care plan templates are typically added within a few business days and become live for all users on your next generation.

Do you offer founding-partner pricing or discounts?

No. We have flat published pricing. There are no negotiated rates.
